name for New Mexico food truck

old age brings soreness & stiffness
but I am still happly creative:

somebody in New Mexico should name their food truck the Very Large Barbecue
they can put several miniature radio telescopes on the roof
and pretend that was their source of electric power ...

I also suggest naming its product after NM geography features:
Bernallillo Brisket
Rio Grande Ribs
Pecos Pulled Pork
Jemez Hamburgers - extra hot
Hatch Hamburger - green chile
Cibola Chicken
Española Sausage
